All "Sign In" sheets will be located in each patients or clients individual folder jackets, away from visible reading. When discussing a patients or clients vital information, via phone, electronic, or face to face, care will be given to secure adequate privacy. Under no circumstances will a patients or clients medical information be discussed with other patients or clients. Any office personnel employed presently or in the future will be advised to maintain the strictest of all professional confidences for all of our patients and clients. Waiting room areas ( any designated area where patients and clients wait together ) for patients and clients are considered public areas and it is assumed that patients and clients that are there, know they might recognize or be recognized by a fellow patient or client.
